Capacity

Working 24 hours a day to meet customer’s requirements, we are the Number 1 in the UK.

General Heat Treatment:

  • 4 off, 1.9m x 1.9m x 1.9m rapid quench, fully automated ovens
  • 12 off, 2.0m x 1.5m x 1.5m ovens with up to 3 tonnes working capacity
  • 1 off, 5.0m x 1.8m x 1.8m oven for the larger components
  • Separate cold, warm and hot water and polymer quench tanks

Setting:

  • Capability to set components up to 2.4m x 1.2m

Aircraft / NADCAP Approved Ovens:

  • Up to 1.8m x 1.8m x 1.8m with variable water temperature quench tanks and different strength polymer quench tanks, all with the ability to quench within 10 seconds.

Shot Blasting:

  • Able to accept a maximum product size of 2.6m x 1.6m x 1.6m and up to 800 Kg using Chrome 40 media

Fluorescent Dye Penetrant Inspection:

  • Can accept components up to 0.8m x 0.8m x 0.5m.
