Shotblasting is a method used to clean, strengthen, or polish metal.

Where?

AHT has onsite facilities that can accommodate a maximum product size of 2600mm (H) x 1600mm (W) x 1600mm (D) and maximum product weight of 800kg.

When is this process used?

This process can be carried out as a stand-alone service or an auxiliary process post-heat-treatment with rapid turnaround times available.

Why is this used?

AHT uses CHROME 40 grade stainless steel blasting media to produce a “uniform” “silver grey” appearance for aluminium products, suitable for an instant cosmetic perspective or coating adhesion.
